USSSA & League Registration Instructions
If your team will be participating in USSSA tournaments and playing in the league, DO NOT register your team in USSSA. Please email the league with the information listed below, and we will complete your USSSA team registration:
- Team Name
- Age Division
- Coach Information: First & Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number
League Registration Requirements
Be prepared to upload the following items into the league platform:
- Bullying/Hazing/Inappropriate Behavior Certificate (Valid for 2 years)
- Concussion Certificate (Valid for 2 years)
- Driver’s License
- Cost to Register: $15.00
If your team will be playing in USSSA‑sanctioned tournaments, email the league for a waiver code to remove the $15 fee: usssafcfa@gmail.com
Team Snap
Do NOT create a Team Snap page. The league will create your Team Snap page after registration closes and rosters are confirmed.
Team Fee – 2027
- COED T‑Ball: No Team Fee
- 6U–18U: $250 Team Fee
- Due by coaches meeting (14/18U by first games); we won't schedule your team until paid
- If playing Fall 2027, the fee must be paid before we can register your team in USSSA

Child Safe Training
MANDATORY Bullying, Hazing and Inappropriate Behavior's:
Protecting students doesn’t happen just on the court or on the field. More and more, news media and criminal investigations are documenting examples of inappropriate relationships, sexual harassment, hazing, and bullying. In a fast-growing world of electronic and social media, these issues are becoming more prevalent and, in some cases, more severe. That is why the National Federation of State High School Associations has developed the course Bullying, Hazing, and Inappropriate Behaviors. This course takes a hard look at these difficult issues and provides recommendations and procedures that coaches should follow to protect their students, their program, and themselves.
So, take the course, Bullying, Hazing, and Inappropriate Behaviors, available for free on the NFHS Learning Center.

- Save certification of completion, a copy will be required during the registration process!
If you have completed a comparable training for another sport or entity you can upload a current certificate (dated within 24 months).
